With a MSc. in International Human Resource Management from Bristol Business School, U.K., his knowledge, skills, and experience cuts across different industries and all aspects of HR Management which includes; Work planning, development and implementation of HR Policies & Procedures, Organisational Change Management, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, as well as Employee Relations. With strong analytical skills, he is known for: intellectual curiosity, excellent attention to details, methodical, innovative, and sound judgement. He is an Associate Member of Charted Institute of Personnel and Development, U.K. (Assoc CIPD), and a certified NLP Business Practitioner.  He is not a novice to agriculture as he is a trained agricultural economist at his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
